1. COURSES AND CAMPS
We require a 14 working days cancellation notice prior to the event for a full refund.
Otherwise the cancellation fee will be 250Euro.
2. PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE WEB SHOP (like T shirts, pants and the like)
Refund will be provided if an item is returned in its original package, not damaged and in the time period of 14 days from purchase. An amount of 5% or 100NIS of the sum will be deducted and postal service will be paid by the customer.
The item should be send to SMARTKM office at 12/11 Ahi Eilat St. Kefar Saba, Israel.
The customer will pay for the postage and delivery of the replaced item.
We understand the concerns of providing your card information online. We take the matter seriously and therefor take every necessary measurement to assure a secure transaction.
